First Dessert Tasting Evening

There’s an old saying, “Life is short, eat dessert first”. We’ve made that adage easier to embrace by crafting a sweet-centric tasting menu that is just as intricate as its savoury counterparts.

Our 7-course menu with drink pairings, which we served to guests during our first dessert tasting evening on Friday 28 December, was designed to evoke the senses, pay homage to the classic and contemporary, and of course, satisfy the sweet tooth.
